Michael Knight

Before the red swimsuit, there was Michael Knight. Hasselhoff starred in Knight Rider, which aired from 1982 to 1986. His co-star was a futuristic talking car named KITT (voiced by William Daniels). “People loved Knight Rider — the original Knight Rider — not because the car could fly but because Michael and KITT were such great characters. KITT was the perfect authoritative parent with a sense of humor. And Michael was a cool guy who believed in saving lives and not taking lives,” he told MensHealth.com. “It was about how one man could make a difference.” Here, Hasselhoff is in a scene from Knight Rider.
