David Hasselhoff in Abu Dhabi, Talks of Killing Hasselhoff Movie

David Hasselhoff has been on vacation in Abu Dhabi this week, but made a surprise appearance at the closing ceremonies of the 2013 Abu Dhabi Film Festival today.David at Abu Dhabi Film FestivalYahoo! Now another Hollywood production is set to be filmed in the UAE, starring none other than David Hasselhoff.The former Baywatch and America's Got Talent star exclusively revealed to Yahoo Maktoob that he's looking at locations in Dubai and Abu Dhabi for his upcoming comedy, Killing Hasselhoff.

The 61-year-old actor, affectionately known to his fans as 'The Hoff', made a surprise appearance at the closing ceremony of the 2013 Abu Dhabi Film Festival. He explained that he was late for the red carpet due to the fact he had been touring the two emirates for locations, including possibly at Burj Al Arab.

'It's a wonderful place, and while it used to be unheard of [filming in the UAE], a lot of big budget productions are now considering this beautiful country,' he said. 'I really look forward to shooting.'David's latest film first hit the headlines back in May when he jetted to the Cannes Film Festival to promote the project. He has reunited with Baywatch producers Michele and Michael Berk for the comedy, which centres around a man trying to win money in a celebrity death pool who hires a hitman to kill Hasselhoff.

A large ensemble cast of comedians have signed on to appear in the movie, including Jon Lovitz who has already been confirmed to play Hasselhoff’s agent.
