David Hasselhoff launched Bristol's Advent Calendar competition with a bang on Thursday night, revealing the amazing prize behind door number one, picking a winner, and telling the crowds all about why he's so excited to be starring in Peter Pan at the Bristol Hippodrome.
Introduced by Paris and Paulina from the Heart Breakfast Show, and with an amazing pre-show performance by percussion drummers and break dancers, The Hoff took to the stage with gusto, singing along to the Baywatch theme tune, stripping to reveal his Peter Pan t-shirt, and telling the thrilled crowd about his plans for Christmas.
The Hoff revealed some great insights into his role at Captain Hook in Peter Pan at the Hippodrome, including the exciting news for fans that his performance will include plenty of singing.

He then announced the opening of door number one of the Bristol Advent Calendar competition, and with an explosion of glitter, Bristol's biggest competition was launched. And behind the door? The incredible prize of a family ticket to Peter Pan to see the Hoff himself in action, a two-night stay at SACO Apartments, £500 of shopping vouchers for Cabot Circus and a family ticket for the incredible Bristol Pirate Walks. The Hoff then picked a winner for this incredible prize straight from the crowds.
