Well, I guess it's official.. the home David Hasselhoff has owned for over 15 years might have a buyer. David put the house up for sale last November, according to the Huffington Post. Hasselhoff purchased the property back in 1991 for around $2.9 million and is selling it for $3.7 million. The new owner of the Hasselhouse will enjoy 8,947 square feet of a Southern Colonial-home, with cathedral-vaulted ceilings, an elevator, fancy marble foyer, library, gym, and lots and lots of windows. The 1.5-acre Valley property also boasts expansive lawns, two guest houses, a tennis court with viewing pavilion, spa, and of course, a swimming pool (with slide!).While Redfin posted the estate as pending, the new owner of the Valley home will enjoy the pleasures of a massive abode that feature vaulted ceilings seen in cathedrals, an elevator, a library and gym, reported TooFab.According to Redfin, the sweeping marble foyer takes you to an iron staircase and a 2-storey living room, and library is embellished in wood paneling that continues to the pub room. It also features a family/media room, chef's kitchen and sun room. The entrance also leads you to a long driveway with a circular motor court, just the way the former "Knight Rider" liked it.The outdoor also features expansive lawns, two separate guest houses, and a tennis court where you can get to view from a enchanting pavilion.Check out the house here.
