Fan Story: Karoline and her Hoff Museum

Karoline and David Hasselhoff

Karoline is a fan from Austria and she has a lot of David Hasselhoff memorabilia, and calls it her personal Hoff Museum. She even has a tattoo of David on her shoulder! She says it's not all pictured, she still has more magazines, articles, posters, photographs, Baywatch trading cards, fanclub magazines, stickers, telephone cards and even vinyl records. Here is her story.

"My Name is Karoline, I live in Austria. For almost 27 years I am a big and loyal fan of DAVID HASSELHOFF. From the first episode of Knight Rider on Television i was "on fire" for the good looking David. For me there was no other SUPERSTAR. Since back then I collect everything there's available about David and by now made it a big collection of items from all over the world - my "Hoff Museum". Until the year 2011 I didn't have the chance to go and see a concert due to a lack of oppurtunities and money. So the first concert in 2011 - HOFF IS BACK Tour in Linz - Austria. After this premiere i rewarded myself with a tattoo of David's face. 2013 the second premiere at the 1st "Hoff" Mania in Gmunden - Austria: I met David in person for the very first time, including photos and hugs. David was enthusiastic about my tattoo. This was the best experience in my life. I never ever expected to get that close to David. What i already knew, now confirmed: David is very friendly, warm and adorable. A Superstar that remains close to the people, without any airs and graces - natural. David likes to be close to his fans and to take the bath in the crowd.I will always be a faithful fan of David, and i wish that he will hit the stage for a long time. David is the best entertainer because besides music he's got a lot more to offer. I wish David ongoing succees and lots of luck, also for his private life. My biggest wish, a meeting with David in California, I think, wont come true. As i don't have enough money to travel to the United States both will forever remain a dream."
