David posted a clip of his daughters singing from the show When Scott Came to Stay. They really have great voices!
I just want to share with you this amazing clip of my daughters doing their song on The Hoff: When Scott Came To Stay. Sorry.. Just a very proud Dad!!
We all heard and saw photos of David at the launch of the new Jaguar XJ in London last week. David tells us about his experience in his latest Hoffblog.
On Thursday, I attended the launch of Jaguar's new car, the XJ. It's an awesome machine and I may just get one myself. The big question is what color? We had a great time at the party and it was good to see my old friend Jay Leno there. I also had the pleasure of driving a beautiful XKR while I was in England and loved it. So great job Jag! You sure know how to make cars....
David wrapped up his visit to the UK by sharing his experience in one of his newest Hoffblogs and shows us some really spectacular photos.
Here is a taste of just some of the many things we have got up to in the last few weeks, as we have toured the UK filming for Living TV. The show, provisionally titled Project Hoff, will air in the Fall. It was great fun and very interesting but very hard work (thats why I haven't checked in here for a while) but I think you will all love it. We had a blast and did so many things. It was great working with Scott Mills and everyone at Summer Films again.
David is getting caught up with his Hoffblog, and posted several entries today about some of the major events that have happened in the past few weeks.
Many of you know, I recently got back from South Africa where I was diving with tiger sharks and recording a couple of songs with my great friend Patricia Lewis. Patricia has recently been diagnosed with some tumors on her vocal chords and I wanted to go down to see her and sing with her in case I never have the opportunity to work with her and her amazing talent again. We had a blast and I hope soon you will all be able to here the songs we did but in the meantime take a look at some of the videos we made down there. I wish patricia all the best and I ask you all to keep her in your prayers as she goes through surgery. I also wanna thank her and her husband Mark for looking after us so well down there...Respect, DH

David brings us this message from the Underwater Channel about an issue that needs your attention.
"The Underwater Channel is a new web TV Channel for both divers and all those interested in the oceans. Please can you help in our campaign against the iniquitous practice of shark-finning which is presenting a real threat to sharks the world over. In case you’re in any doubt about supporting sharks please consider the following: Our oceans cover approx 70% of the Earth with coral reefs being responsible for approx 70% of the air we breathe. Sharks are seriously under threat due to shark-finning. They are also top of the ocean’s food chain and play a vital role in keeping the ecosystem stable and the oceans healthy and productive. The removal of these apex predators will have catastrophic effects not just on the marine ecosystem, but upon us all.You can help by please signing our petition at Not on our Menu.We really need your help to bring the number of signatures up to our 10,000 target! Our mission is to reach this target by World Ocean Day on 8th June, 2009 and to present the petition to the UN Sec General in New York calling for effective policing of member states’ legislation and implementation where there isn’t any legislation."
I think honoring the men and women who serve our country is incredibly important, which is why I got involved with the Wounded Warriors Project. They're a really really great organization and then men and women they help are incredibly grateful. Not only are they grateful; they are gracious and kind and full of life. Every single one of the servicemen and women involved have been badly wounded. Some have lost limbs, some have lost eyes. But they are glad to have served their nation and are glad that the people at Wounded Warriors have given them a voice. The organization's motto is "The Greatest Casualty is Being Forgotten," and through great charities like this, these people never will be.Peace and respect,DH
